Toner Plus Solutions offers fast, free delivery on most orders over $50 within our trade area. See details below:-

Expected Delivery Times

Expedited delivery times for each item are based on orders placed before 3 p.m. local time, pending credit approval and product availability.

  • Orders placed on weekends, holidays or after 3 p.m. local time Monday through Friday (business days) will be processed the following business day.
  • Deliveries will be made between 8 a.m. and 5 p.m., Monday through Friday. Residential deliveries via UPS are made until 7 p.m.
Delivery Policies
  • Items may arrive in more than one shipment and charges may show as multiple transactions on your credit card statement.
  • Our service includes delivery of goods to the front door, first floor for residential dwellings and to the appropriate floor of commercial buildings with elevators. If you require additional service, please call customer service to arrange. Additional fees will apply.
  • Due to location and shipping distances, the item you have selected may not be available for delivery to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and the U.S. Virgin Islands. These items will be flagged as À Limited Delivery À items.

If you are unable to accept your delivery in person, you can complete a Delivery Release Form. Leave this completed form where a driver can collect it and your order will be left as indicated in your request. If the driver is unable to comply with this request, instructions will be left for you on how to obtain your order.

Continental U.S.

Free Delivery on most orders over $50

  • Delivery is free for orders within our trade area totaling more than $50.
  • Orders less than $50 will incur a $7.95 delivery fee.
  • A delivery fee will be added to some items as noted on the product information page.
  • Outside our local trade areas, a Delivery Area Surcharge may be applied to those items requiring non-standard delivery methods. This includes large items such as furniture. You will be contacted if these fees apply to your order.
Expected Delivery Times
  • Stocked items are usually delivered the next business day within local trade areas when the order is placed before 3:00pm locally. For deliveries outside the local trade area, additional time will be calculated and noted. Orders placed after 3:00 PM local time will also require additional delivery time.
  • Products shipped via third party providers, such as furniture and large or heavy items
    require longer delivery lead times.

Off-shore (Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and the U.S. Virgin Islands)

Yes, we deliver to off-shore addresses.

  • Orders under $50 will incur a $7.95 delivery fee.
Expected Delivery Times
  • Stocked Items are delivered within 1-3 business days.
  • Products shipped via third party providers have limited availability for off-shore delivery.

Furniture items will require extended delivery time to the islands of Puerto Rico and Oahu. Deliveries to some of the outer Hawaiian islands will require additional delivery times, beyond the period required for delivery to Oahu.


Yes, we deliver to APO/FPO addresses.
