  • Orders over $250, 1 - 3 Bus. Days.  2nd Day Air Received within 2 Bus. Days.  Overnight Received the Next Business Day.  Express received by 10:30 AM Next Bus. Day.  Special Handling Call 1866.738.5905 We offer FREE Standard Ground Shipping for all Orders over $250 when shippedwithin the continental/contiguous US.

    Orders less than $250 pay standard fees for Ground Shipping. You will receive your order within 1-3 Bus. Days.

  • Additional charges may apply for orders shipping to Hawaii, Alaska, and all U.S. Territories. PO/FPO orders are charged exact USPS shipping fees. When selecting other than ground as a shipping option, rates will calculated on order content, geographic location, and special handling. 97% of our shipping rates are available and visible at checkout to assist in determining your shipping options. If ordering more than one type of product (i.e., an OEM cartridge and a Remanufactured cartridge), your shipment may originate from more than one location and deliveries may arrive and be packaged separately. Orders also may ship using a combination of freight carriers. For tracking, e-mail Tracking and request your tracking number. Make sure to include your Order Number.

NOTE: We do not ship using another company's shipper ID.

IMPORTANT: Toner Plus Solutions.com retains the right to charge additional fees for special requests, bulk orders over $1,000, and pallet orders. Quest: If I order more than one item, can I Ship to multiple addresses?

Ans: No. Unfortunately we cannot "split ship" an order to multiple locations. Simply place a separate order for those items. As long as each order is more than $250 there are no additional costs.

Quest: Can I have products delivered to my P.O. Box?

Ans: No. Toner Plus Solutions uses multiple carriers, and regrettably they do not deliver to PO Boxes. Toner Plus Solutions requires a physical shipping address be provided for shipping.

Quest: My order did not arrive when I expected it to?

Ans: If you choose shipping other than ground, and your order is not delivered to its destination on or before those dates, we will refund shipping fees

  • associated with your purchase. (Refunds are based on Toner Plus Solutions oversight and error, not the customers).

YOUR ONLY REMEDY IF YOUR ITEMS DO NOT SHIP ON-TIME IS A REFUND OF THE SHIPPING FEES ASSOCIATED WITH THE ITEMS IN YOUR ORDER. IN NO EVENT SHALL TONERPLUS SOLUTIONS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INCIDENTAL, ONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, INDIRECT, PUNITIVE, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES OR LOST PROFITS FROM ANY BREACH OF THIS WARRANTY OR OTHERWISE.
